Our company engaged HiTech Service Company for development of an E–based Donor ECoordination Information System, a customized tool for interaction of a group of people working at different companies, which is based on Google Apps for Business. At the beginning, the software development task looked simple, but difficulties appeared in the research and development phase of the project since the development closely relied on Google services framework that appeared not very flexible and comfortable for customization.
